Established in 1987, ARGEST is a division of Stephenson&Turner Architects & Engineers. With the introduction of the first Building Act in 1991 we moved into the then new field of building compliance management. Twenty years later we are New Zealand’s leading building compliance management company.
We specialise in delivering services to clients with multi-site requirements.
